Job Description
| The Fleet mechanic is a skilled manual laborer position in diesel automotive repairs and maintenance. Responsibilities include identifying problems, conducting repairs, performing rebuilds or overhauls on all Village motorized equipment, sweepers, tractors, fire apparatus, police vehicles and various other motorized equipment, vehicle computer systems, brake systems, chassis units, engines, transmissions, clutches, steering systems, differentials, front and rear axles, and hydraulic systems. |
