Topic Summary: Retrofit Pump Selection and Drop-In Replacement Engineering for Municipal Pumping Stations

Rade Trninich — Principal & Founder, United Flo LLC
Since 1995, Rade has worked for several pump companies, starting on the shop floor and working his way up through management, building his career in pump development with hands-on experience at both the machinist and engineering level. He went on to found his own pump company — United Flo — where that shop-floor-to-management perspective drives an approach to replacement pumping that many in the industry have since followed. His main focus is building close relationships with sales partners and growing the company around providing a solution rather than just a pump. an expert in all stormwater solutions.
Jason Sexton — Chief Technical Officer, United Flo LLC
Jason is United Flo’s head engineer, with 30 years as a pump engineer at many of the industry’s major pump companies. He pioneers United Flo’s new pump designs and leads the expansion of the product line, ensuring the hydraulics behind every selection are accurate to the application. He coordinates and works with the broader engineering team to finalize each pump design, from CFD modeling in Ansys CFX through specifications and submittals.

Katarina handles sales, marketing and outreach for United Flo.
