| All runners will receive race bib, finisher medal, race swag, two drink tickets, and post race snacks. |
| Register by May 15 to guarantee swag. |
| Trophies and bragging rights for top 3 male/female finishers and winning team. |
| Chapter Challenge: Each runner can affiliate with a Chicago Metro branch for their score to be eligible for scoring. |

| If the form is not completed, participant may not get race swag or count for the Chapter Challenge. |
